Osypenko Family Inc is a California-based breeder specializing in Russian Toys. All breeding and sales practices are subject to California state law, AKC breeder guidelines, and the additional policies described here and in our adoption contract.

You agree to use our website for lawful purposes only. You may not attempt to disrupt, reverse engineer, scrape, or overload our systems, nor use our content commercially without written permission.

All photographs, text, and design elements on this site are the property of Osypenko Family Inc or its licensors and are protected by copyright law.

Submitting an inquiry does not guarantee a puppy. We review every applicant to find the best match for our dogs and your household.

A non-refundable reservation deposit secures your position on the waitlist or holds a specific puppy. The deposit is applied toward the adoption price at the time of pick-up.

Final pricing, health guarantees, return conditions, and spay/neuter terms are detailed in the individual adoption contract you sign at pick-up.

Every puppy leaves our home healthy, age-appropriately vaccinated, dewormed, and examined by our veterinarian. Specific health guarantees are documented in the adoption contract.

We do not ship puppies as cargo. In-cabin flight nannies or in-person pickup may be arranged at the adopter's expense.

Our website content and any communications are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do our best to keep puppy availability, photos, and information accurate, but make no guarantee that any specific puppy or outcome will be available.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Osypenko Family Inc will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from use of the site. Our total liability for any claim related to the website will not exceed USD 100.

Matters related to the adoption of a puppy are governed by the adoption contract, not by these website Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute arising from use of the site will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Sacramento County, California.

We may update these Terms from time to time. The updated version will be indicated by a new "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Continued use of the site after changes constitutes acceptance.
